If, when sticking a skewer, a trace of raw dough, then the baking is not ready yet, and if it is dry, then boldly turn off the oven and take out the form, helping ourselves with kitchen tacks.


Let the muffins cool down to room temperature for 10-15 minutes.

In fact, I forgot to take a few photos today, but I think that everything will be very clear anyway.

Before proceeding to the test, we perform three steps:

1. We take out butter 15 minutes before cooking to make it soft.
2. Turn on and heat the oven to 180 - 200 degrees.
3. Lubricate the molds with vegetable oil quite a bit.

Now let's move on to the test:

1. Beat eggs with sugar so that the mixture increases slightly in volume and becomes less yellow.
